MISSION ACCOMPLISHED We did it y’all. Friday Nov 19th 2020 our fellow Savannah musicians and DJs came out and rocked the house at The Wormhole gathering $500 to give to Book Nation. Here is a small photo gallery of snapshots and some video below. Alexis Javier, AKA AJE, brought to life a powerful image that brought the spirit of the show to life. Infused with the energy of the evening, AJE spent the night painting, letting the sounds and lights shape and mold the art coming out of his mind. We auctioned it off at midnight… aannnddd we have a winner! Torrie Leigh won the bidding on the art, and AJE is graciously giving half of that to Book Nation. The winner of our 50/50 raffle was Studio 13. The company advised that they would like to reinvest their winning back into the community. The entire shop was on board with this idea. Thank you Studio 13! Our next event is going down December 13th and will be a benefit for Safe Shelter, our domestic violence shelter in Savannah.
