Xuluprophet is back at it in Savannah. Come to all of these upcoming shows listed below. It’s been too long since we got to play in front of some of y’all. . Oh, and to answer the question? Is Xuluprophet’s Psychedelic Music Dangerous? No psychedelic music is not dangerous, in fact the opposite.
Music has a profound effect on the human psyche — both the brain and the mind.
From before a human is born, to someone well in their 80’s, music stimulates the thinking, analytical, and planning parts of the brain, not to mention, the creativity center! It causes the brain to produce feel-good endorphins and chemicals are released that promote healing.
Does music make you high?
A new study from the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital at McGill University found that listening to highly pleasurable music releases the same reward neurotransmitter — dopamine — in the brain that is associated with food, drugs and sex
